Thank you for the kind words. I am short on time as I am leaving town for the New Years holiday. I have added several ideas of mine to your options. I hope they will meet your needs. Due to the shortness of time I was unable to comment on each entry as I prefer to do. But here is an idea of what they represent...

I kept the icons in 3 categories mostly:
1.) Horizons (To show that your company helps the future of its clients.)
2.) Abstract Iconic groups.(Colors and abstract shapes grouped together to show unity)
3.) Pathways (Your company is the pathway to your client getting what they are looking for.)

I used several differnt layouts as well as 2 fonts/wordmarks.
These of course can be changed later to meet your needs and desires.

#148 and #134 Are probably my favorites.
