Regarding my last comment, that would mean that we remove the bear all together. Yours would be the only logo I’ve asked to do that. It’s a departure from the original idea, but I believe your font and tree are very strong.

I really like your font, combination between the bear in the tree is nice. Perhaps a version of this with just a tree and a single star slightly off to the right would be nice. Keep your color, it’s great. I think the star should be a four point star with the same artistic Qualities as the rest of the logo. Same brush, texture etc.
