Thank you so much for the design work you have provided! We do need this logo in black / white as well. Can you provide? We are trying to locate someone who can help us with the vector file as we don't have any of the programs Windows suggests we open the file with :-}

after the contest ends you are still eligible to receive revisions (color variations)., and also the type of file you need.

I just re-read some of the directions for the contest. I am thinking we may not have the correct shade of blue in the final logo. This blue is not going to contrast well enough with the dark blue banner on the website. 102 is more grey blue / 101 is more electric blue so I just need to be sure before I select the FINAL that it reflects the correct blue. I selected 95 because it had the correct grouping of colors (date/slogan in one color to match the arch) but the blue is not quite there yet :-}

right.. with a vector file, you can change the color, size, layout, etc.

I feel this format allows the title of the agency stand independent of tag line.

I believe we will be selecting this format (date and slogan same color). So there will be more opportunity for us to mess with the colors on our own after the vector file is provided? If so then this bantering about color can end right? sorry....first time using this site!

I use a slightly darker blue background to customize the header of your site.

Other blue color. will appear as #101 on a blue background.

#91 and #92 are the same .. just a different background.

a lot of software for editing vector files. (ilustator, Corel, etc ..)
you can also use photoshop that may be more familiar.
we as designers are not allowed to promise anything to client during the contest open. If you would like to discuss more further, please select me as the winner and then we can communicate through email.

would look like #102 on a blue background (with blue similar to your site).
the entry #100 using the color blue (the inverse of the background).

none of us have worked with a vector file, we are a small office of 3 people (!) so my apologies of not knowing these details. will we need special software to work with the files provided? if so, what do you recommend?

are the colors between 91 and 92 the same just background different? hard for me to tell.

i feel this blue is too light...so sorry to be so picky...anything inbetween this and #90?

thanks for the clarification. Can we see the year in the same color as the arch? Do you think this color blue will show up on the background of the website blue? I feel it might need to be a little lighter but this looks great against white!

you will get a black and white version of the logo winner. logo will be submitted via email , because LT only allows uploading one design.

just to compare the right color on a dark blue background, would look like #93 if placed on a white background.

are these provided to help us see the logo on the dark blue background or does the logo include the dark blue square?

we are getting sooooo close! Since the background of the website is dark blue can this blue be more like the blue on #88? We will also need this in black and white. perhaps those details come later?

We are ready to select this design but are still looking at a different color scheme to replace the green. The architectural arch of the building is in brick - could the green be swapped out to the color of the arch in the photo on the website? www.smcefcu.org ?
ALSO, there is concern that the banner on the website is blue so we need to be sure there is enough contrast to the dark blue background already on the site.

We love the year in this format, we love placement of the arch remaining offset over the Ts. THANK YOU

I do like the T lining up with the structure so maybe keep one version with it lined up and create another version with the color request change in the above comment.

since we are no longer drawing the line down through the letter T can we center the structure and the date?
wondering if a 3rd color would work? keep blue horizontal lines and everything above the line as is but change color of date and slogan to a 3rd color?

Thanks. New revision request. What if the horizontal line were moved between Federal Credit Union the tag line. This way the slogan gets a stronger look. perhaps slogan not italicized? different font? See design ranked #2

if not in direct line with the structure will look like this.

I like the T being incorporated into the structure but would like to see what happens if it is not in direct line with the structure. is that possible?

rather than second line be in green, can we see what it looks like if it were the same color as the first line, same bold, same size? still trying to find a way to keep the title grouped more as one.

That has been a comment that more emphasis can be made to the FEDERAL CREDIT UNION line. any thoughts on how to make this line more important?

Really like this and will bring this to the team. Since our website has a blue banner at top of the webpage where the logo will go what choices would contrast better? We will also be using this on letterhead in black/white.

Not sure the check mark is needed. Did you take the shape from the photo on our website? City Hall where we are located has an identifiable architecture which would be nice to capture. Check out www.smcefcu.org
