You can take an element from the logo to make into a pin like I illustrate in #2 & #3 - my primary business is promotional materials and it would be a pleasure to help you get the pins designed from the logo and then done. I suggest a simulated cloisonné type pin for this application ...

thanks for the ranking... I have done this as a lapel pin where you can use classic cloisonné as in this method you need to have a metal border around all elements but it is much more elegant a pin than a printed pin or some of the other techniques... and because it is an old traditional style it should appeal to quilters in the know!

I can use different colors too.

When is your show? My sister does many wearable crafts and might be interested (she is in Irvine). I love the quilt museum here in San Jose - attended their first fund raising auction! that was fun - we bought a chef for a night at our home!

so I sleep under the wedding ring quilt done for my parent's 50th anniversary back in 1986 ... so I had to do something as a tribute to that... (by the way we need to have small repairs done to this so maybe later you can suggest someone to help with that from Northern Ca - SF area)

In reference to #6, 1, 10 and 5, I like the zebra head, I especially like the colors of yellow and orange used in combination with the pin. I really wish our new logo shown in the April 6 comment could be incorporated. We spent a considerable amount of money developing that and would like consistency in all our branding. I hope to see a couple of designs with our quilt block logo used along with the zebra image.

here it is with your logo included. It will look better if we have the vector file of your logo to embed here.

I am a little concerned about detail and the size when reduced to a lapel pin ... but you can use a process called laser fired cloisonné - a simulated process that does look good.

I like logo #28 best. Can you raise our logo up in the box and put "It's a ZOO out there!" below "San Diego Quilt Show"?

I am a bit concerned about text too small in a lapel pin but if you go 1.5" size should be okay if you go with the laser print type or even a photo pin but they are not as nice.

I can get you samples and details after the contest ... carol

I like #29 with "It's a zoo out there" but maybe not so prominent. A less bold typestyle would be good.
I also like the oval style, but it is not mandatory, as I also like #1

OK I was doing the font the same as the 2014 and bold so it will show when reduced for a pin... will revise

I did the 'gold' to indicate gold tone metal ... but using on other applications that color can be changed to a solid.

To respond to the comment on April 6, our show is September 3-6, 2014 at the San Diego Convention Center. I apologize for this late response to you, I've been laid up for the past week.
