I appreciate that you only used the initials- and I also like the simplicity and modern edge to the design. However, I think we would like something that was a little "prettier" for lack of better words. This is just a little to sporty. This logo is for my daughter who is 13 and very into dance- music, performing- Maybe that will help-
but a good start

Perhaps if the circle in the backround had a symbol- (heart, peace sign, etc.) and the lettering was a little less 70s- more "now"
