Happy New Year.
I am going to stick with this one, but we have to improve it. Can you please improve the mark to add more class and sophistication, but not complexity. You may try to sharper the edges and add more greyish shadowing. Also, you may try to make it in grey with more shadow.

Before I work on different fonts, FYI the mark in this entry is actually similar with the others. Just somehow it looks a bit distorted (the gradient looks stiffer) when viewed in logotournament I don't know why :( Is that Okey with you? They all actually similar
