Added a palmetto and crescent.

The S and D can be tricky. When you use these initials you can easily resemble popular logos from San Diego, ie the San Diego Padres Major League Baseball team, or SDSU logo, so The surfboard helps keep it from confusing people when the see it. The State map clarifies it a bit further.

I like the concept, but not a fan of the chair and window. Maybe nothing or something else, just don’t know what..
