Thanks Nat. The colors in #110 don't work for me, but I do like the color combination in #111. However it seems rather disjointed and random to me, especially the big red arrow. How about aligning things more to the left, and perhaps toning things down a bit to be a little less bold? Maybe keep the color dots without the arrow? Also see my comments to all.
