Hi. I like the color combination in #30 better than #31 now that I look at it closer. You might try bringing all the elements closer together, and the alignment seems a bit off. If you like how about moving the artwork to the left over the word "Sales" and making the motto "Enabling Performance" larger under both words? Also try bringing Sales and Teamsource together into one word.
