Hi. There's some things I like about #104 - essentially it's clean and readable. You might try something without the checkered flag, and perhaps a different font style/color combination.

Thanks, I like #146. Would you try making the motto "Enabling Performance" a bit bolder in black, and perhaps also a version with the motto in blue?
