Please feel free to leave any feedback. Thank you!Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client Hi Lloyd,Thank you so much for your energies in this project. I was playing with the elements of design #92 and this is what I did... I eliminated the drawing of the Christ Child after his elbow and I eliminated St. Joseph's fingers so that the curve of his arm subtly continued to his back. The remaining balance of both figures is all I used to represent the both of them. (Maybe it would look better to leave St. Joseph's hand in, I just didn't work with it that long.) Then I flipped the lighthouse vertically to give the effect of it shining into the graphic instead of out of the graphic. I moved the lighthouse down so that the rocks were above and near the fine keyline over "JOSEPH". I enlarged the graphic of St. Joseph and the Christ Child a little bit and moved it down and too the right slightly. The peak of the outside border was about straight above over the right eye of St. Joseph. Do you have any ideas along these lines or would you have time to post a concept light this? Thank you again and Happy New Year! 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Hello SJC! Thank you the very detailed feedback! Will work on the updates in awhile and will upload them right away! HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your family!Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Hello! Here is my update - #97, hope it's on the right track.Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Size of St. Joseph and Christ Child adjusted - #98Here for comparisonBigger - #97Reduced - #98 10 years ago SJC Client Thank you for your additional design work. Would you have time to edit design 149 to make "Saint" and "Communications" a little more visible, perhaps white text and bold or fattened with a bit of a stroke? Our goal is to be able to read all the copy when it's reduced to 1/2" wide. Thanks again! 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Thank you for the feedback! Here is the update - #151Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client Thanks! Could we entry 151 reversed (light to be dark and dark to be light). Reduce the lighthouse by about 10% and vertically scale SJC logo to be about 10% taller?? We do appreciate your patience. 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Thank you for the feedback! Sure! Here I made 3 options- - #152, #153, #154, hope they are what you meant.Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client Looking good! Please change all the light blue to dark blue, except for the light rays emanating from the lighthouse. Shrink the Lighthouse a bit (15-20%), and make the lettering a little bigger, and perhaps more bold so they pop more. 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer No problem! Like this #155 ? 10 years ago SJC Client Looking much better - could you please make the lighthouse smaller and make the ----Saint---- portion bigger and move it up so the text dominates the inside of the box? 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Okey dokey! Here you go.. :)2 optionsupdate - #156smaller lighthouse - #157Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client perfect thank you. COuld we see one version without the lighthouse and maximize the text inside the border and see if communications can be made slightly larger 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Sure, will give it a try.. please give me a minute.. 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Hello! Here are the updates :Here is what it's look like - #158Here is without the border just in case you'd like to see it - #159Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Hello SJC! Unfortunately it's already 6:58am now here in the Philippines, and yes, haven't sleep yet. I'll just hit the bed for now, however feel free to leave any feedback, will work on it right away when I wake up. Thank you!Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client Can you come up with a couple alternative border idea designs to surround the text similar to 157....almost like a Bishops Mitre "Hat" or any other shapes that might be appealing?Thank you and God bless you, Mark 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer I'm still up! lol! Maybe not for long, here are my updates - #160, #161, #162, #163, #164, #165. Please let me know what you think.Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client We prefer the taller shape to the shorter shape because the shorter shape is reminds us of the profile of a barn. 10 years ago SJC Client We prefer the taller shape to the shorter shape because the shorter shape is reminds us of the profile of a barn. 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Here's the taller version - #196Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago SJC Client Thank you for your designs. Regarding #151, could we please see some changes in the text in size and boldness so that the copy is more prominent relative to the lighthouse. We like the shape and proportion of the outside shape and the colored outlines. The text can be at least 50% vertically taller and make a reduction to the lighthouse. Eliminate the cross on the top of the lighthouse. Change the color of the text "Communications" to white. 10 years ago SJC Client regarding #202 could we please see it1. reversed2. put back into the outside shape of 151 10 years ago SJC Client Can you replace the lighthouse image with a very simple cross? 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Got it Sir! Will work on it right away when I get back home.Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Hello Mark! Here are the updated designs with the cross, 1 simple and the other one is the St. Joseph cross. - #343, #344 10 years ago SJC Client Lloyd,We like designs 344 & 345 very much. Could you make them a little bit taller? A better match to the shape of one of the original art files we submitted with the contest (the jpg file). 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Like these? - #348, #349 , please let me know. I think the one in the jpg file is shorter... ?Sincerely,Lloyd 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer More likely this is the shape from the jpg file - #401, #402 10 years ago PonetzGraphics Logo Designer Hello Sir Mark! May I know what went wrong with the designs? It seems you are not yet settled with the directions you're going. 10 years ago
