I really love this but after taking a survey- can you change the colors again? No gradient but whatever the darkest shade (gray 11c) you used, can you make it all that color?

Same colors as the first ranked design, just a vertical layout. You may want to have a design that works in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Also, you can use the graphic as a background or watermark image.

I'll continue to work with colors, we need to have more of a contrast between the lightest shade and the darkest shade to give it that ombre effect.

#136 This one is the next shade darker from Pantone 877 (your darkest color). I kept the text all one color, except the ampersand in a gradient to match the graphic. I'll be here all day and will work with you until it's exactly as you envision.

#38 The design works well in black/white too. My thought is to keep the logo simple in font and graphic, minimal, to reflect the nature of your vision for the business. I'll continue to explore other ideas and upload any that I feel might suit your project.
