Totally different concept with subtle mountain and cactus inside the cow...

Cow looks a lot better. Think I liked the text on the text on the side more than below even though it may be hard to emphasize the saddle mountain

Really like the idea. Cow would have to be hornless and maybe more emphasis on the Saddle Mountain and less on Dairy. Thanks
