In regards to your first item, I can change it if you want. I was just clarifying my brief because I was getting a lot of ocean/beach themes and that is not what we wanted. But if you feel uncomfortable, I can take it down.

as a designer , if you use an idea, and the contest holder likes it (you) we keep the right to use it throughout the contest . protected idea... so on.
(only me and another designer used the bear/flag idea) you modified the brief after we submit it.

and the rubik cube has very strict policy against the use of colored shape and imagery of it. not for use in any commercial purpose.

we can't modify the brief with ideas that belong to a designer , ask everybody to copy .
And, you can NOT use any rubik cube imagery .
