Thanks for your ideas. I like the font, but not the gradient in the shield. Could we play around with some more ideas along these lines? You can see how I have ranked submissions, which should give you an idea of the font types I like. Also, the #1 ranking right now has the shield design I like best. Something simple, yet with a little element of design.

...the logoname now is more balance with the icon. the font is not so bold and it's more related with the icon.

there's no distraction between the logoname and the icon...more balance, more connected even use as stand alone.
