#20 please make all periods into stars, and put the picture of the silouette that was submitted in the middle of the logo.

#21 make all of the periods into stars, remove the word concept. Center the siloutte of the basketball picture submitted within the middle of the star.

#34 I love the details of this logo, is the color yellow considered to be neon green.

#35 black and neon green is my team colors like in #35. Can you change the colors.

Yes I can change, but there is a big problem with that kind of color.
You can use it on web, but eventually, if you decide to print it, you will not be able to get that kind of color. This is why I suggest you use green more like in #36 or similar.
