I really like your concept. I am not sure I like the navy, so maybe you could try a color closer to indigo. Also, possibly try making the derrick/line grey and changing the consulting to an indigo/dark blue color.

We would love to see a mountain silhouette above the name. Be as create as you would like. #16 and #17 are more of a purple color now. Try a dark/indigo blue. Thank you.

#18 and #19 are beautiful. If you wouldn't mind posting a version of #18 without the "Wellsite Geology & Geosteering" and a version of #18 without the mountain, but the same color scheme, that would be great. This will give us several options of this design. Thank you.

I really like the idea of the derrick as the "A" in Ryan, but I am losing interest in the mountains. I really like the compass and rock hammer theme along with the oilfield derrick. Maybe try some of those concepts. Keep up the great work!
