I like the concept, the face is hard to see, Its a great start. Could you consider doing something with puzzle pieces.

#46 is pretty good. I don't like the tilted head, or that it is above the name. I'd prefer to see it on the left side. But the puzzle piece going into head is nice. too many puzzle pieces is distracting.

i like the colors in #51. Lets see what it looks like if we combine it with #52. So, lets see if there can be multiple puzzle pieces, which are different colors in the head, with one piece coming in to solve the puzzle. I like the appearance of the name in #52. Perhaps making Rutledge just a bit smaller so that it does not overwhelm the other words. good work

# 48, I'm coming back to it. I do not like the color or the style/shape of the head. I'd like to see it on the left side of the logo. This is my last logo request.
