I really like this! This is almost what I had in mind....Could the graphic look a little more feminine, or maybe the rectangle shape could be a little more even, rather than so much wider at the top? Also, could the color of the letters be a little more dark red rather than maroon? After I see the dark red, I may come back to the original maroon you picked...it is very pleasing.
