#4 is too traditional we want more modern

We really just want to stick to two colors, possibly using different shades of the same color.

Can you try this in a different shade of blue (teal) with a yellow accent in either the name or part of the name. Also, is there a way to incorporate our tagline - Making a Difference in People's Lives?
