I very much like #9 and #12. I'm not sure if I like how vertical #12 is, but could come around. I also like #11, but I think "partners" looks better aligned (either centred or spaced out in the next line)

Thanks. Could I see #9 with an underline under Russell Square and a more bold font? Also, I think Russell and Square need to be the same color in #55
