Also, can you try out old school wood working and metal working tools instead of a rooster just to see what looks better? (Hand Planers, Mallets, Anvils, etc.)

I like the concept but I'm not a fan of the gold. Most of my work incorporates reclaimed wood and steel, thus gold is rarely a color incorporated into our products.
