This design using 2 arrows with same direction, what do you think?

The idea of the two arrows is one that the owners liked, but felt that this made it look like we were meeting ourselves coming and going. They thought the arrows should be going the same direction so that it looked like revolutions.

The revisions from #22, with black color instead of gray. the co in RPMco are smaller than #22.
Anyway, about incorporate a tachometer, I can't do that. It's because breaking LogoTournament's rules, where someone else already use a tachometer (this concept are not mention in the brief, so this is original concept from him/her). Hope you guys understand.

They are also wondering if there is a way to incorporate a tachometer in this logo. I personally think that will be too busy, but they'd like to see it. And... my prior post may have been confusing. We write our name RPMco without the period that shows up above.

Ok... latest from the owners. They like this BUT they want black instead of grey. They want it larger so that they can see the minutiae AND what we didn't notice yesterday.... they want the co smaller. When we write it we write it RPMco.

How about this one?

Also, for as much as I don't like the arrow in our original logo, it is a part of how our logo has always looked so we prefer the arrow in this one to the other version without it.

This logo is definitely sleeker and more modern than we've had for the last 30+ years. Not sure how we feel about completely losing our old logo/design, but it may grow on us. Don't need the period after the co in RPMco. Do want it in the actual name, though.
