Sure, I have submitted some options. The tall fonts allow the right and left edges of the text to be symmetrical with icon above. Otherwise, the text would be slightly less visible in that position

I been looking at the overall design for a while and can't really see what's missing to be honest, maybe the font? I'm not sure :)

I noticed you also changed the direction of the color fade from left-to-right now instead of top-to-bottom. I'm not sure which direction of color fade I like, but it seems as if that is something you can change rather quickly.

This logo with the food is better...we're definitely getting somewhere. I just feel something is missing or off, but I can't point my finger on it. Do you have any other suggestions you want to maybe throw out there?

Do you think we could replace some of the utensils with some food items, like pizza, burger, etc... Keep the cupcake and the chef's hat and maybe a few utensils.

The design has been improved in terms of the consistency of the kitchen tools both visually and conceptually.

I would like to note the icon can be used separately from the text also

I tried to create a version where the kitchen tools are with chef's hat, but this this combination doesn't work and here is why: The chef's hat has various wrinkled parts and it's known as an outlined shape (with lines).

As you can see, it doesn't have such simple shape (without lines) as the heart does so it can be filled with kitchen tools and still be recognizable as chef's hat. I hope you understand what I mean

Also, chef's hat symbolizes cooking. Kitchen tools also symbolize cooking. So combine those two together wouldn't make any sense from conceptual/idea point of view.

However, I came up with idea to combine heart with chef's hat. Which I think works really well, both visually and from idea point of view. Please check my latest submitted entries
