RSMLogo Design Contest

I like this logo a lot but can we lose the handgun in the background? Also can we make the complete name “RSM Outdoors” then just have the motto one time “Just gotta make it”? Also with the back of the arrow can we change to diagonal fletching as opposed to the plus sign look?

Really like this concept.. could we lose the top lettering and have the “Just Gotta Make It” line in the border around the main logo?
