This font with the looping L is the way to go.

Clear the spade and heart on the main ace cards from the bubbles.

So deff we going with the black background.

Try it with out the swoosh with the letter L in flush also.

Try this with a white background also. Tweak a little bit how you see fit. Make the best logo you can out of this design .

I changed the font to Garamond which has an open license, because after I checked, the previous font (Hoefler) had a personal license. But I still use the same style. Only slightly different in the letter "A" & "Y" and the style of the swash.

Try a version with the L in the word flush to swoop under like the R in the work royal.
