Don't like the font looks too corporate, also dont 'like how the anchor has become a O looks too cheap

Try the anchor inbetween both words in different sizes, anchor can't be too big or small relative to the text.

You can try making the text larger, being only slightly smaller than the anchor.
Main thing is there needs to be a twist to the font instead of the Q, try other alternatives please.
