better, but now i'm getting the feeling of too similar to like a political campaign ad

not sure, but use bird head alone for now and play with it a bit more. There's alot going on, maybe combine in a different way keeping texas in the background but making it all smaller in size as an overall logo, it's too lengthy

reduce size of powered by, maybe bird head a bit bigger .

let's try a version as well without UTSA and Roadrunners, just the bird head, reduce font size of powered by, color variation samples.

let's take "powered by" and reduce font size, and center above "thomas J henry", both centered in the same space. Also, see what it looks like if "powered by" is within the inner orange circle. Color variations as well.

reduce the size of Thomas J. Henry a bit. Once that's done please resend and also if possible let's try some color variations, maybe inverting the blue and orange, font color, etc.

Looks good, please make "THOMAS J. HENRY" smaller, maybe it can span the length of the bottom part of the orange inner circle. Also, let's see some color variations, invert the orange and blue, font color, etc.
