I'm trying to avoid generic 4 figures around the circular form,...that was so much exploited it was impossible to copyright 20 years ago. It is not advisable to use that graphic element, and instead I'll offer few more unique solutions with same symbolic message (connectivity, working together, global, round table...).
For example, this concept, with symbolic figures sitting around the table, talking, forming a simple flower icon (growth, development, communication, colaboration...)...quite unique and simple, and we've avoided generic/overused elements.
