The colour style of the e doesn't work for me... How about using some geometric design & different colours

Like this one. Can you tip the e upwards? Also try capital R. Instead of 4 colours washing across the e, try 3 colours (green, blue, orange) one in each piece of the e (1 in the horizontal bar, one each in each of the curves).
