Hi Diana,
We like the "RJCC" part of this one because it stands alone as an icon, and because the colors look nice together. It's also nice how it fits with the "Early Childhood Center" part of the logo. But we don't know what those four items are around the letters? Perhaps you could use a similar design using a shofar shape or another Jewish symbol?
