Rosenberg & HarperLogo Design Contest

It's a creative effort but your logo has no clear cut meaning, at least not one that would readily connect with the target audience of business owners

Interesting design but accounting work is almost all paperless these day, plus the paper is you logo almost look like they're part of a deck of cards. I still like it, but not for this application.

Add Certified Public Accountants under this one in a non serif font so I can see how that looks. Also consider going sans serif for the company name. Creative logo, but a bit too much going on.
