Black may look a brighter because it is CMYK. I replaced it with RGB?

example:
#198 - C-30%,M-25%,Y-20%,K-100% rich black
#211 - RGB
#212 - C-0%,M-0%,Y-0%,K-100%
RGB color can not be achieved when printing!
