Decrease the font size for Rose City maybe 2 sizes and increase the Geological Consulting 2 sizes. Also try one size as well. We are really liking this one.

Also I like how the "drill bit" dead ends into the geological consulting rather than the other ways forms

Can we get the "Geological Consulting" wording just a bit bigger. Our company is more focused on that aspect rather than the Rose City aspect so we want it to stand out.

Make the "O" incorporate a rose, please. Also remove the rose at the end of the well bore and extend the line under the entire logo.
