Here are some designs for you. Let me know what you feel about these. #31 #32 #33 #34 I am able to illustrate any style and type of flower. Do you want a rose? 1 single color will be important if you want to use it as a stamp...it will be hard to hold a half-tone on a stamp. So I didn't use two tones of gray on the illustration although your website could use 2 gray tones to add depth for a background as I have shown in #32 If you see anything in my portfolio that you like in style it will help me to have more direction.
Is is important that you have at least one flower in the illustration to represent your name?
Also, do you want to continue using your font with 'parchment'?
Very simple lines as you indicated with a modern flair.
Do you want 'FLOWERS' equal or almost equal to the size of your name?
Also for #41 I added 2 tones of gray. I don't know when you are stamping if you want to deal with registration of 2 colors but I can suggest some easy ways to do that.
I can make the lines a little more of a rough brush stroke if you think it is something that you would like to see.
Hello Teresa, Of all the samples I am drawn more to #38. I really like the modern look to the logo! I like this image the best because of the stamp effect. I do like that flowers is smaller than Rosanna's. Really like the font.
Can flowers be a little larger to see what it would look like but keeping the style of Rosanna's being larger?
The branch, can it not have the flower on it and make it like three leaves in place of the rose? I just don't want to incorporate flowers... Unless you wow me with another image with a different branch.
I'm curious what a " rough brush stroke" meanings... Can u show me a sample?
New site is not up yet... I can email you a snap shot of the top..... It's still being worked on.
The question on the font parchment.. Is that what your using? Not sure what you meant.
Thanks again, looking forward to seeing your creations, Rosanna
#79 looks great. Can you show me what parchment font looks like with Rosanna's and keep flowers in the font it's in now? Just wanted to see if it makes a difference. Love the airbrush effect! You are very talented! Thank again, Rosanna
Here are some other illustrations for you. Varied in line and style. There are probably thousands of possibilities even with a reverse color as you have. The leaves can be more detailed rather than suggestive. There can be a more recognizable type of leaf. The branch can have more extensions, the reflection can be to the left or right or up or down...
If you like I can continue with more possibilities for you. If you like any particular style or illustration in my portfolio it may help me get a specific direction.
Is there anything that you see in my entries that could be modified for you.
Didn't know if you knew, before you 'complete' your contest you must have 3 different designers in the first 3 ranks and it is okay to rank up to #10 because each designer will receive points even though only 1 will win.
I will try some more layouts for you while in the Top 5 phase.
#2 can the cluster cascade a little bit... I feel like it's battling with the s in Rosanna's. I really like this cluster because it almost looks like a stem of an allium flower.
Would you like to see more designs possibly completely different?
Also, from a design perspective and eye movement of the viewer, something to consider is the lead in of the design. Your Name is most important, but the branch is the 'pointer'....if you are positioning the design on the top left of the web page the branch if facing left is leading the eye off the page and something must lead it back in the page. If the branch is facing to the right it is automatically pointing to additional information needed for the reader....
Thank you for staying with me. It is important that you are completely happy with your design.
