I like this font better but do not put the + sign. I still like the arch better in logo #152. Here it does not work well. Thxs.

Try taking out the partners out. Rosales is more important than partners!

Maybe try to use the arch as part of the A.

Like insinuation of arch in grey. Maybe eliminate the words partners and add bridges as structural art.
