Hi, here are some logo ideas for your company. I've gone with the keyhole in the bottom of a lock as the main graphic of the logos. The keyhole is in the shape of an R to represent "Roper." I liked the subtle approach to the graphic, in that it can read as a lock hole, or just a nice R logo. but it's not too heavy handed as being a lock, or a box since you are trying to not pideon hole your business into that one market alone. The one with the outline around the entire logo is meant to represent in a subtle abstract way, the "box" in lock box, or a house shape as well with the slightly peaked roof. I've submitted a few versions showing both different looks as well as different treatments of color usage. A one color that would be used on pens, notepads etc, nice a bold and still legible at a small scale. I've tried to pull in the bronzy look of a lock into the other designs. Hi, just posted a few more.Variations on the same theme. I also added the blue one color logo, which doesn't incorporate the "R" but just another way of suggesting a lock, without explicitly showing one, in case you don't want to be strictly a "lock box" company. I've kept the logos pretty bold and simple without too many fine details so if it's ever shrunk down onto pens, or notepads or small stickers on the lock boxes etc, these should all reproduce pretty well.
