Please take a look at this version, It's little bit updated but I think that follows all your amends from the brief and that it contains elements of logo and the logotype, if you take a look at the previous versions you can noticed that the sign is separated of the text which you can use for the labels.
Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions,

The concept of my logo is based on 3 elements:
Interior design, Box and "Elevate",
Negative space shape in circle presents house which comes out of the box, house is also stylized as up arrow which symbolize elevation,

Please let me know your thoughts ans suggestions,
