Can I also see a version with BOLD "get with the program"

Please change the background color from dark blue to light sky blue (#40B0DF) ONLY below the words ROOF REPLACEMENT so the fish and the words PROGRAM MA stand out and are more pronounced

Can you send a version with the fish 30% bigger? The client said that it's ok if it even extends out of the bottom part of the circle. That makes me nervous, but maybe you have an idea.
