Hello, I really like the start. I like the two tone colors between the words 'Team' and 'Rolf'. I like the crisp font. I like the use of the 'four squares'.
I don't care for the 'T' and 'R' in the design. But I agree there needs to be something. Lets see if there can be something else to place there.
