I like it, It's very "web 2.0" style with the glass and 3d effect.

I also like that the slogan is underneath the logo, so that in small size (like the visit card) it could be taken out.

I would like if the logo is giving more the idea of Technology and of service/consulting

Please try the slogan "IT Strategy, Consulting and Support" with capital letters

Just to compare, can you try other colors combination, forexample for the word "Technology" I would like to see how it looks like in orange.

Instead of Yello, please try orange in the logo.

If possible try to make the letter "T" in the logo more evident. At the moment only the letter "R" is really readable.

Sorry for the misunderstanding but just the letter IT, S, C, S should be capital letters the rest should be small caps:
