this logo will be a decal on the back of an automobile, so it needs to be easy to read from a distance, catchy, and not too much detail that will make it hard to read.
I think that RockyTop should be larger or wider and the most promident words, then Chrysler Jeep Dodge, then maybe an underline .... and THEN "Sevierville, Tn." underneath.
