HI Tate Thank you so much for your design! Very interesting! Background color might be nice. the J "ladies" are usually white dresses and veils are sort of see through to the background color. This is the other web site I am working on for planning montanaweddingsandspecialevents.com It has fun color. Check it out! Maybe larger Rockin' Ranch could sort of more flourish? TJ smaller than it ? The slogan does not need to be in rocker.Maybe the veil could fly more? Thank you! Great start!!
Hi Tate It is amazing what color does! It looks kinda like a stage. I like the tuxedo "T". The J not so much. Can it be a different font not so boxy? The rocker is also just a semi circle not so boxy. Can the veil be longer and flying? Thank you so much for your design!
Hi Tate! Sorry for the dealy in response I will try to really keep up here. You really caught the idea of letting people know what I do in the logo with this design and fun. Thank you! I like the tux jacket on example 3 better than the one with just the tie in entry 7. The veil is better on the new entry# 7 as well as the font, but I would rather have just a semi circle for the rocker . Standard branding iron. I would really like more than just the brand alone though so lets work on the rest.
The stage is not so much. I am a Montana venue most of the pictures that photographer take here of the bride and groom are usually walking through a is a yellowish green grassy mountain pasture with a mountain backdrop. My view and backdrop are spectacular! The top of my brochure really is my view, an unobstructed view of the Bridger mountains. The field between my really green meadow and the mountains is barley and by August is very yellow. I did not send a picture of the field and rainbow with bride and groom but let me know if you need more visual and how I can get it to you. Can you try something more montana-ish? I could I see the "Rockin' " "Ranch" with a more a flourishing font?
Hey Will They are getting kinda busy. Think of what my target market is , young brides to be ages 18 to 25 years old. What would catch there eye and have them call me before my competitors? color but maybe just a hint. You are really good so have fun with the changes. The bridal bouquet might maybe be to much? All though my name say's ranch, I only own 10 acres and have no cows. I am a wedding venue so therefore not really western. In six years I have only had 2 western weddings. Most have other interests. However most are outdoor enthusiasts, young college age adults that like Bozeman Montana for skiing fishing hiking rafting or kayaking etc. More like a polka dot stiletto! Just kidding but do you see where I'm headed? Wedding ,young, fun, eye catching, Montana! Thank you so much for your help!
I have altered the TJ and the rocker. I have given a lot of thought to the market and I think the simple elegant design on a colored field for white lettering and vice versa.(colored letters on a white background. I think that the colors being the same throughout the logo is unifying and elegant. This logo has been fun to work on... my sister used to live in Bozeman... very pretty area of the country!
OK Will! Thanks for all your hard work. Lets see if we can refine this logo! Your original T with the tux I like and the J with just the veil.

The new logos out with the black and gold are stunning, but I do not know how I can make them work on the brochure with the green background. You may be right Color text on white background can be changed to transparent for the brochure. Gold does have an elegance and may stand out on the green brochure, but really gold (not yellow) maybe could have a gradient.
The rocker is better. can you bring it up closer to the TJ?
Please have some fun with the rest of this. It needs to be interesting ,fun,wedding and if possible appeal to young ladies and their parents.
