Rocket Transfer LoftsLogo Design Contest

Hi, here's my first design idea for your consideration. It's a wordmark, with a hint of an elevation concept (to tie into "rocket" and "lofts"), where the C merges into the K and a slight arrowhead on the top of the K showing upward movement. This leads you to the gray bar where the word "Lofts" is placed above the main words instead of below. When I think lofts, I think high ceilings and upper stories of a building, so this unique placement of the word "lofts" embodies that. Thanks!
