Hi Scott and thank you for your submissions to my contest!

Entries 53-56 Most people in my test group thought the rock looked too much like a donut. :)

Entry 51 has a lot of eye appeal and I like the color scheme.
I would like to see the emphasis on the slogan rather than the name, if you are interested in reworking things a bit?

Thanks!

Good Morning, where in the US is the station located?

#77 the abstract group (family) also represents a hand reach for the summit, the sun at the peak of the mountain represents spirituality but not a specific faith.

All the submission are created with my interpretation of the brief and reproduction on various surfaces from paper to embroidery. There are no gradients or transparent overlays that may effect how a logo is applied to a surface other than on screen.

Please keep in mind we can easily mix and match any element as-well-as updating colour.

#80

You've mention more emphasis on the Tagline, We need to eliminate the idea of rocks of mountains to that over emphasizes the ROCCOS to accomplish this we need to eliminate those two items. #80 promotes family, unity and strength without the need to uses rocks or mountains.

Scott-

Thank you for your designs and for giving me the meaning behind the elements you included.

Entry #74
I really appreciate that you found the connection between the name ROCCOS and the slogan and I like how you subtly drew that connection. I appreciate the balance between the font size and style.

I would like to see this design with a slightly darker color scheme. Orange moves toward a more red tone, green to a deeper sage color; the blue looks nice.

I look forward to seeing your revisions.

!. the 3 abstract hands represent the community of families bound by each of the 3 disabilities listed below
2. the 3 color segments represent disability, Developmental, Physical and Social
3. the center mountain represents the strength created by the 3 surrounding hands

Is disability the right word to describe this?

Thank you for your revisions.

I like the newest design in entry #105. The colors are nice and I really appreciate the symbolism you bring in with the three colors representing the different aspects of disability. Then hands certainly bring a sense of unity and the rock brings the feeling of strength.

I will bring these designs to my team and provide you with any feedback from them.

Thanks again!

Good Afternoon-

I received feedback from my team regarding your logo design.

They liked the symbolism between the colors and the different areas of disability

They would like to see
An open circle instead of closed
Much larger slogan and much smaller name
Picture depicting people vertically ascending a mountain; like rock-climbers

Thanks!

This designer page is private no one can read this except for you and I...I have a question have you asked the other designer to do the same? Reason I ask is any suggestions you make to me via this page or by Private Message is meant for one designer not everyone.

There have been problem in the past with designers when a CH asks for specific items in private and I do not wish to be involved in any disputes over who did what first.

Scott-

I apologize if I unknowingly have put you or any of the other designers in an awkward situation; it was purely accidental and done out of inexperience and being in a hurry.

I appreciate your new design and really like the people linking arms as they ascend the mountain. I will run it by the team.

Thanks!

Unfortunate I am not hitting the mark in terms of design and symbolism which I feel best suits the brand especially in #105 the visual meaning behind this design is the mark.

Due to possible conflict with other designers whom I have the greatest respect, I am not longer submitting new designs for this project. If you would like development of my current submissions I'll gladly work on those.

Respectfully
Scott
