Could you please add the word "Apartments" under the lettering? It should be "Riverwood Apartments". The word "Apartments" can be in smaller font.

Personally I am not crazy about the M design on #35 but two very important deciding people are ranking your design #35 as their 1st pick.

other variation :#49,#50,#51 with two colour on the riverwood apartements blue and green and variation shape of aprtements iinside circle.
