Hi there, here is a start for a logo concept. I think I can take it further, to look more like an obvious river in this icon. If I am on the right track please let me now and I'll explore it a little more. Thank you!

I like the overall feel with the font, the green with the blue may be a little to passive, some primary colors of our buildings incorporate a lot of tan and grey earthy colors with the trim being that kind of pastel green and some splashes of red. I do like the overall feel of the design so far! thanks!

Ok, I did try another take on the river "R" using some trees and even houses/buildings incorporated into the icon. Hope this might make it read even better. Hope you like where this is going. I can always try more colors, although when dealing with forest and water, too wacky of colors can look a bit off.
Thanks for your feedback!

Hi there, I am probably not supposed to write this about other entries, but I want you to get a solid logo out of this. The logo you have ranked at #1 right now is not the strongest pick in my opinion. Not saying you should use mine by any means. I really like the #2 selection and some others by PSTO, #15 and #16 as well. But the first pick's iconography makes no sense to me. A logo, or the iconography in the logo, needs to say something, explain your business in some way, grab you etc. I have no idea what it is? Is it a calligraphic letter "N" with some house windows in it? Is it supposed to be hills with windows in them? I'm really not sure. If other artists can't even decipher where this idea was going, then I doubt many others in the public will either. Sorry to sound negative on it, but I feel like there are some other really strong ones that "explain" you a little better. Logos with flashy smooth gradients and beveled edges and shine etc don't always reproduce that well in other mediums. Pens, cards, shirts, brochures etc. When all that detail gets shrunk down to letterhead or in black and white, that logo will be even harder to decipher.
It's just my opinion, but I feel like you are a client and I want you to make an informed decision, with whatever logo you decide on.
Thanks for reading.
