#16, #17, and #9 are all interesting takes on the name of the property and good starts. Could you do some variations that incorporate some other elements, such as trees, buildings, walkways, water, etc.?
For #16, we like it because it's reminiscent of a boardwalk, but at the same time it also evokes thoughts of a sports team or sports bar. Any ideas on how to adjust it to remove the sports aspect and make it more "residential?"
