Hi, We like this logo and would like to see a few tweaks in it.
1. Keep the star colour in Z as light blue (same as in #321 logo)
2. Keep the star colour in Z as light blue (same as in #321 logo) and remove the arrow in Z

We are also thinking of having two versions of the logo. Using the star as an icon then inspiring futures underneath, if you could also set that up that would be great.
