still need to simplify a bit - 4 colors on a lt blue shirt maybe?

I can make it more simple, but can I use 2 colors? Maybe Blue and black? And I'm glad that you like my artwork..

love the design itself. but it is too many colors for the shirt print budget. Can you simplify this and enter again? your use of color to give depth is terrific but unfortunately we can't afford it! maybe show on a light blue back ground and just do the same but take out the dark blue cloud and the highlight colors?
